me on this summer day
Cares will just drift by
Everything is wonderful
When sunshine fills the sky
Water smooth and flowing
Sails about to set
Gliding on the water
Until the sweet sunset
Comfort that's a given
As gracefully we flow
Making ripples everywhere
Stopping as we go
Peace and joy we gather
As time goes slowly by
Close your eyes for journey
Relax and touch the sky
Time it waits for no one
We grab it or we lose
Take the time to capture it
These pleasantries accrue
Moments we can capture
Don't let them just slip by
Take the time to cherish them
For life has short supply.
