A Special Day of Love
~What love is shared by all
On this very special day
When a little boy was born
In a kingdom far away
He did not have a palace
Or finest silken threads
But his sweet and gentle mother
Put straw within his bed
He was cradled in a manger
In a stable filled with love
The animals all gathered
To show their special love
But outside in the moonlight
The stars were shining bright
Showing way to strangers
In the darkness of night
Angels gathered overhead
Trumpets sounded cheer
All for little Jesus who is
Born again each year~
