When I cry he soothes me with his big sad eyes

And now though I am little one day I will be
Big enough to walk with him and love him carefully
With all the love he gives me right now when I am small
Im sure you know that Buster will always have my all
So thank you Mom for giving me such a faithful friend
A friend that I will love and cherish til the end
He is surely special and as we both grow up
He'll be my protector and I'll have his faithful trust
And I will always love him from deep inside my heart
